Born in the Austrian countryside with wild dreams and a restless spirit, I always knew I wasn’t meant to stay in just one place. So at 19, fresh out of tourism school, I jumped on a plane to California to work as a nanny — and quite by chance, found myself living next door to the Chopra Center. One spontaneous Nada yoga class later… and I was hooked. Not just on yoga, but on the deeper feeling of coming home to my body.

Since then, I’ve been on a lifelong journey of healing, learning, and sharing. From offering reiki to classmates on school trips, to angel card readings over dinner, to now guiding people through movement, breath, and nutrition — it’s always been about connecting the dots between body, mind, and soul.

Wild and Free

But I only truly began to understand the deeper connection between the body and the mind when I started my 2 year long training to become a certified massage therapist. Through this deeply embodied journey, I came to see how emotions live in the tissues, how healing happens not just through words but through presence, touch, and trust. It was a powerful reminder that the body holds wisdom the mind can’t always access — and that true transformation often begins beneath the surface.

In 2013, I completed my first 200hr yoga teacher training — not to teach, but to deepen my practice. In 2019, I added holistic nutrition to my toolbox, knowing food is medicine and an essential part of the healing path.

I spent 8 beautiful years living in Southeast Asia, where I got married, became a mama to Maya and Ella, and grew roots in the practice of embodied, intuitive living. These days, you’ll find me on the most eastern point of Spain – together with my husband Chris, our two daughters, Jeli the cat, Luna & Sol (guinea pigs) — and our newest (furry) family member, Sunny the dog.

I believe self-care is sacred, slowing down is powerful, and that everyone deserves space to recharge, reconnect, and remember who they are.

This work isn’t just what I do — it’s how I live.
