About the Event
Welcome to Wholistic Mindful Life ✨
Join Lisa, a certified yoga teacher with training across Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga for a morning of mindful movement and nourishment.
We’ll begin with a short breathwork practice before flowing into an energizing all-level Vinyasa class, closing with a guided meditation.
Afterwards, enjoy a three-course plant-based brunch prepared by acclaimed chef Walter Marskamp – the creative mind behind YERBA, known for his plant-forward and root-to-seed sustainable dining.
